With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Ann (Quint) Weber of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Worthington, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Quint and Lorene Quint (Moorman); her husband Jim Weber; her brothers, Jerome and Ronnie; and her granddaughter Jessica Chara.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Deardorff (Dennis) of Denver, Colorado., Sue Chara (Anthony) of Denver, Colorado. and Tim Weber (Sharon) of Denver, Colorado.; and her siblings, Betsy Sickels (Gary) of Oelwein, Lois Vertz (Jim) of Cedar Rapids and Glen Quint (Judy) of Shellsburg. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service West Ridgeway (300 West Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701). Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (311 15th Ave, Gilbertville, IA 50634).
