He is survived by: his wife Judy Rae Clark (Dray); his children, Beverly Shalkhauser (David) of Green Bay and Dr. Terry Reisner (Barbara) of Alamosa, Colorado; and his stepsons, Scott Clark (Carrie), Todd Clark (Barbie) and Chad Clark. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
