He is survived by: his former wife Paula Sue Hart; his wife Lisa Boggess; his mother Kim Buttshaw (Craig) of Waterloo; his sons, Drake Lee of Nebraska, Jaxsen Lee and Zander Allen Boggess of Waterloo; his stepson Peyton Smith; his siblings, Carey Rubino (Josh) of Ankeny and Dana Boggess (April) of Waterloo; his stepbrother Andrew Buttshaw of Hampton; and his grandmother Marian Paulsen of Waterloo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
