She was predeceased by: her parents, David L. Spooner and Francis Tracy Spooner; her son David L. Jones; and her siblings, Leo Spooner, Mary Amo Spooner and Irene Jean McElhaney.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Dams Tretter of Fernandina Beach, FL, Mark L. Spore of Waterloo, James Rooff III (DeAnne) of Waterloo, Patrick Rooff (Jane) of Waterloo, Nicklous Rooff (Feleana) of Waterloo and Reina Rooff Jones of Mason City. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many family and friends.
