She is survived by: her former husband Randall Middleton; her daughter Beverly Ann Smith (James "Fugie"); her former husband John Moore; her grandchildren, Adjoa McDonald (David) of Hercules, Kweku Middleton of Vallejo, Felicia Smith-Nalls (Kal) and Nina Thomas (Anthony) of Waterloo; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn of Waterloo, Kingslee of Waterloo, Jaymes of Waterloo, Aaron of Waterloo and Landon of Waterloo. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
