We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2019, at the age of 95, Betty Brown (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Plainfield, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Shields and Elsie Shields (Grapp); her siblings, Lula Erwin, Lorraine England, Edgar Shields, Edward Shields and Eugene Shields; and her nieces and nephews, Bonnie, Sandy, Tim and Gene.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Mike "Milo" Grandon and Curt Waterman; her husband Robert S. Brown; her sister Gertrude Sullivan of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Linda Hyde of Florida, Cindy Mau (Larry) of Janesville, Steve Brown (Gail Warner) of Colorado, Natalie Kimm (Bruce) of Cedar Falls, Tony Brown (Larissa) of Waterloo, Don Warner (Charlotte) of Washington State, Bob Woock (Jaci) of Florida, Nikki Louzader (Brian) of South Carolina, Gary Gilles Jr. (Amber) of Waterloo, Luke Gilles (Bri) of Waterloo, Rachel Cummings of Waterloo, Cameron Brown (Erika) of Dysart and Jared Brown of Waterloo. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
