She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marion Tabor and Sara Tabor (Gladness); her husband Bernard May of Waterloo; her children, Moneȳ Anderson-Scott (Tellis) of Hudson, Charles Anderson of Waterloo, Jamar Jones of Waterloo, Peter Anderson of Waterloo, Johnya Anderson of Cedar Rapids, Leslie Anderson of Waterloo and Grace Anderson of Las Vegas, Nevada; her sisters, Ophelia Carter, Claudia Fesby and Lonnie Fesby; her former husband John Wesley Anderson; and her children, John Sailor and Andrea Anderson.
