He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kim Hurst (Brett) of Waterloo and Kevin Nanke (Kathy) of Edmond, OK; his grandsons, Grant Nanke (Megan) of Jones, OK, Dane Hurst of Waterloo and Elijah Nanke of Edmond, OK; and his sister Kolene Copas (Ed) of Las Vegas, NV..
