He is survived by: his parents, Fred Sullivan of Waterloo and Karen Kent Sullivan (Julie Holland) of Grimes; his siblings, Gabe Sullivan of Waterloo and Sarah Smith (Derek) of Hinton; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan of Hinton, Reagan Baker of Hinton, Tyler of Hinton and Rilee Smith of Hinton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
