She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Korey and Mary Korey (Allum); her husband Joseph E. Butler; her children, James P. Butler and Mary Jo Bauer; and her siblings, James, George Korey, Rose Phillips and Mary Korey.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn McIntee (Paul) of St. Cloud, FL, Barb Gaard of Cedar Falls, Michael Butler (Michelle) of New Hartford and Joseph T. Butler of Stevensville, MT. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
