It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene S. Ludwig of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Alton, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hansen and Magdalena Wilwert Hansen; her husband Norman Ludwig; her son Larry; her grandson Benjamin Ziegenmeyer; her sister Helen; her brother-in-law Bob Schnieders; and her brother Donald Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Rita) of Cedar Falls, Bob (Lynn) of Vonore, Tenn, Tom (Kathy) of Dysart, Jim (Nancy) of Woodwar, Ken (Samantha) of Waterloo, Janet Schomberg (Russ) of Austin and Nancy Plum (Virg) of Waterloo; her brother George Hansen (Cordella) of Wyndham, Minn.; and her sister-in-law Cindy White. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
