She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Swan and Naomi Swan (Thompson); her husband Norman; and her brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Stuber. She is survived by: her children, John Weidman (Nanette) of Waterloo, IA, Steve Weidman of Waterloo, IA, Ronda Fraser (Howard) of Evansdale, IA and Connie Kokonis of Ayden; and her sister Evelyn Stessman of Waterloo, IA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren; and many family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memoires Cemetery (3669 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703).
