With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne M. Lanich (Waterloo, Iowa), who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anne M. Lanich to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son James Lanich; her parents, Katherine Rollo and Carmen Rollo; her in-laws, Frances and Oscar K. Lanich Sr.; her sister-in-law Jeanne Rastatter; and her sisters, Marie Dahm, Florence Clark, Claire Downes and Irene Simon.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar K. Lanich Jr. MD; her children, Deborah Lanich (Richard LaBrie) and Stephen Lanich (Laurene Lanich); her grandchildren, Natalie Heineman, Tara Lanich-LaBrie and Jacob Lanich; and her great grandchildren, Quinton, Audrey, Milo and Nila.
The family also wishes to acknowledge Cedar Valley Hospice for their dedicated and supportive end of life care for Anne.We would like memorials to go to the Ann and Dr. Oscar Lanich Scholarship Fund at the Allen Hospital School of Nursing in Waterloo Iowa.
