She was predeceased by: her parents, David Harry and Anna Francis Kleese (Gerdes); her husband Wilbur Wright; her sons, Fred Wright and Stephen Wright; her son-in-law Sonny Phipps; and her brother Elwood Kleese.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Phipps of Washington, Iowa, Karla Maxwell of Washington, Iowa and Joe Wright; and her grandchildren, Orion Wright, Brian Phipps, Nathan Wright, Aby Reitzel, Michelle Brooks, Alicia Maxwell, Brandon Maxwell and Alex Maxwell. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
