It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Hazelett (Washington, Iowa), born in Ainsworth, Iowa, who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fredrick and Myrna Carol Hazelett (Sands); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Hazelett and Jan Hazelett. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Brown; his sons, Brian Hazelett (Tracie) of Raleigh, Brad Hazelett (Dawn Roeder) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Brent Hazelett (Jennifer) of Cary and Greg Hazelett (Kristin) of Muscatine, IA; and his siblings, Paul G. Hazelett (Sue) of Washington, IA and Myrna M. Tappan (Don) of Leesburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
