He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Conrad; his brother Brian Conrad; and his brother-in-law Jim Rich. He is survived by: his father Leslie Altenhofen (Barb); his stepfather Mac Conrad; his siblings, Toni McNair, Nancy Rich, Mark Conrad (Lisa), Susan Bacon (Mike) and Sean Wallerich (Jennifer); and his caregivers, Rick and Bert Jaspering. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be given to the United Presbyterian Home or Hospice of Washington County.
