He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Dean and Edith LaVon Zear (Rich). He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Zear (Nancy) of Iowa City, Chad Zear (Michelle) of Washington, Shelley Hayes of Washington and Jacque Trude of Montana City, MT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
Memorials in his name may be designated to the American Cancer Society or the Optimist Club of Washington.
