He is survived by: his wife Joan Palmer of Washington, Iowa; his children, Thomas Joe Palmer (Jennifer) of North Liberty, Iowa, Julie Ann Palmer of Avon Lake, Ohio and Timothy Mark Palmer of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jamie Palmer, Shawn Palmer, Stuart Louden, Breanna Palmer, Grant Palmer and Sarah Palmer; and his sisters, Karen Goodlaner of Taylor Falls and Paula Entsminger (John) of Washington. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
