He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McGinnis and Dorothy McGinnis (Mohr); his sister Teresa Terry; and his in-laws, Verlin Maul, Charlotte McGinnis and Georgian Scholbe.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Entsminger (Scott) of Centerville, Iowa and Devin Kelly of Iowa City, Iowa; and his siblings, Donna Maul of Fairview Heights, Missouri, Eddie Scholbe of Arnold, Missouri, Joe McGinnis of Missouri, Tim Schriedel (Matthew) of St. Louis, Missouri, Kim Padilla (Rudy) of South St and Laura Pendley (Daniel) of Granite City, Missouri. He is also survived by several adopted children; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
