He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Evans (Erwin). He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Gerdes (Josh) of Minonk, Illinois, Stephanie Evans of Peru, Illinois and Alexi Evans of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Layten, Haisley, Hayden Gerdes, Taityn and Riverlyn Nunez; his close friend Lorri Walker of Knoxville, Illinois; his father Paul "Butch" Evans of Washington, Iowa; and his siblings, Tamara Vittetoe (Tom) of Washington, Iowa and Tom Evans (Julie) of Washington, Iowa. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and great nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Terry's daughters.
