He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Brady Tackett; his children, Charles Ernest Tackett and Michael Lee Tackett; and his siblings, George Ellio Tackett, Robert Geno Tackett, Clarice Marie Haney, Doris Rae Haney and Mallie Lulanda McCarty.
