With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen C. Stout (Washington, Iowa), who passed away on April 11, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen C. Stout to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lloyd and Bonnie L. Stout (Elmore); his son Martin Stout; and his brother Doug Stout. He is survived by: his former spouse Penney Long; his sons, Craig Stout of Washington, Iowa, Jason Stout of Washington, Iowa and Matthew Stout of Waverly, Iowa; his grandchildren, Parker Stout, Kyle Stout, Zacary Stout and Reagan Caffery; and his brother Lloyd Stout (Lustella) of Mississippi.

Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time.

In lieu of flowers, a general memorial has been established and the Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
