She is survived by: her mother Shirley Crowder (Thompson); her husband Dale R. Vitiaz; her children, Melissa B. Feskin (Vadym) of Kirkland and Chelsey A. Vitiaz (James Fredriksen) of Lynnwood; her father Donald R. Hall (Linda) of New Orleans; and her siblings, Judy R. Hynes (David) of Coventry, Scott T. Hall of Lisbon Falls and Robert Fay of Guilford.
