She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Miner and Velma Miner (Buswell); and her siblings, Buck Miner and Elaine Gould. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Schuelka (John) of Burlington, Iowa and Aaron Wenger (Katy Straughter) of Washington, Iowa; her grandchildren, John Henry Schuelka, Robby Schuelka, Dylan Wenger, Logan Wenger, Emmy Wenger, Frankie Straughter and Kaden Straughter; and her siblings, Sharon Lebeda (Larry) of Alburnett, Iowa, Lyn Nebel (John) of Charles City, Iowa, Jeff Miner (Claudia) of Atkins, Iowa and Pat Irons of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for a children's charity of the donor's choice.
