It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy D. Russell in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Russell and Albert Russell; his siblings, Lawrence Russell, Dorothy Steinbach and Melvin Russell; and his sister-in-law Janet Russell (Griefnow).
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Russell (Sherri), Bill Russell (Rhonda) and JoAnna Russell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
