He was predeceased by: his mother Dale F. Robertson (Janecek). He is survived by: his wife Carla Robertson of Washington, Iowa; his daughters, Angie Kruse (Matt) of Waverly, Iowa and Michelle Schissel (Adam) of Jesup, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Addison, Ryne Kruse and Tenley Schissel; and his siblings, Maureen Robertson of Iowa City, Iowa, Dale Jay Robertson (Connie) of Wayland, Iowa, Kenny Robertson (Marcia) of Cotter, Iowa and Kathy Lockhart (Terry) of Iowa City, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Ron's grandchildren's education fund.
