He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bodzislaw and Cecelia Bodzislaw (Losinski); and his siblings, Thomas, Gilbert Bodzislaw and Patricia Brooks.

He is survived by: his wife Lindy Snider of Washington, Iowa; his son Mark Bodzislaw of Florida; and his brother Jerry Bodzislaw of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
