Owens (Washington, Iowa), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Owens and Hazel Owens (Matthews); and his sister Sally. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sister Susan Olson of Duxbury, Massachusetts; his nieces, Heidi Olson, Jennifer Thorn, Shannah Rubin and Amber Robinson; his nephew Charles "Chip" Olson; and his pets, Finnigan and Gabby. He is also survived by two great nieces; and his four- legged children.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Lewy Body Dementia Assn. or The Bird House Hospice Home of Johnson County.
