She is survived by: her son Greg Hagensick of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her grandchildren, Katie Novak (AJ) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Trisha Hagensick of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Tyler Hagensick of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her brother Gene Willmott of Sioux City, Iowa; her niece Stacey Willmott of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and her nephew Scott Willmott of Sioux City, Iowa..
