He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Clyde and Frances Aneda Palmer (Winchester); his mother-in-law Sandra Kay Rinearson; his son Ron Palmer (Clara) of Ainsworth, Iowa; his grandchildren, Chelsea Palmer of Washington, Iowa and Dustin Palmer of Coppock, Iowa; his siblings, Bill Palmer (Teresa), Lana Thornburg (Dennis), Scott Palmer (Sheila) and Kenneth Palmer (Michelle); his wife Helga Horn; and his brother Clyde Kirk Palmer. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
