He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jarvis and Verna Jarvis (Fry); his wife Mary Schillerstrom; his brother Yale Jarvis; his mother-in-law Edith Schillerstrom; his siblings-in-law, Jim Hanshaw, Duane Krotz, Bob Schillerstrom, Roy Schillerstrom and Elizabeth West; and his nephew Dan Krotz.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Monica Jarvis of Leesburg, Florida and Barry Jarvis (Jill Kelley) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his sisters, Beverly Krotz of Washington, Iowa and Marianne Hanshaw of Washington, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Connie Jarvis of Washington, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
