She is survived by: her children, Ronda Meade (Jon) of West Liberty and Jeff Evans (Susan) of Washington; her grandchildren, Hanna Meade, Hank Meade of West Liberty, Dylon Evans of Washington and Bryanna Evans of East Dubuque, IL; her great grandchild Michael Evans of East Dubuque, IL; and her brothers, Rick Turner (Gretchen) of Tipton and Jerry JT (Cari) of Washington. She is also survived by 3 nieces and a nephew, and a great-niece.
