He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard and Reeva Mae Goff, Sr. (Bain); his wives, Edith Miller and Evelyn Roth (Widmer); his son Steve; and his brother Blaine Goff.
He is survived by: his children, Maynard Goff III (MJ) of Prescott and Janis Mineart (Gary) of Decorah, Iowa; his grandchildren, Aaron Goff (Wendy), Daniel Mineart and Emily Mineart; his great grandchildren, Jeremy and Viktoriya Goff; his brother Brad Goff (Pat) of Washington; his stepchildren, Philip Roth, Debra Middleton, Dee Clingman, Penni Jordan, Marti Walker and Lori Mullikin; and his close friend Phyllis Ladehoff.
Memorial donations in Maynard's name may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Washington County Hospital Foundation.
