She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank P. Lillig and Veronica Clara Lillig (Woltering); her husband Robert Earl Shaffer; her granddaughter Rebecca Wilson; and her siblings, Michael Lillig, Barbara Lyle and Anna Ruth Altenhofen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Wilson (Roy) of Kalona, Iowa, Paula Dickinson (Fred Cunningham) and Glenda Shaffer of Coralville, Iowa; her granddaughters, Kelly Dickinson of North Liberty, Iowa and Kayla Heath of North Liberty, Iowa; and her great grandchildren, Bradley Dickinson, Bryen Dickinson, Brenna Dempsey, Hailey Heath, Kinsley Heath and Olivia Heath.
