She is survived by: her daughter Sue Ellen Hegstrom of Gaithersburg, MD; her grandchildren, Cameron Kleinschmidt, Courtney Kleinschmidt-Christian (Patrick) of Oskaloosa, IA and Chloe Kleinschmidt (Precious Paye) of Washington; and her sister Martha E. Wood of Edgington, IL..
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beatty Funeral Home & Cremation Service (107 S 15th Ave, Washington, IA 52353). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Washington United Methodist Church (206 W 2nd St, Washington, IA 52353).
