She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrit Pitcher and Elizabeth Pauline Pitcher (Powell); and her brothers, William and David Pitcher. She is survived by: her husband Ed Brown of Washington, Iowa; her sons, Carl Adam Brown (Stephanie) of Keota, Iowa and Matt Brown (Joy) of Washington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Luke Brown, Jude Brown, Tattum Brown, Elizabeth Brown and Chance Brown; and her great grandchild Scout Patterson.
Memorials have been established for the Epilepsy Foundation of Iowa.
