He is survived by: his children, Jessica Kimble (Robert) of Fairfield, IA, Ryan Johnson of Washington, IA and David Johnson (Jamie) of Camby, IN; and his siblings, Julie Lube (Ron) of Omaha, NE, Maria Whipps (Bill) of Ankeny, IA and Steve Johnson of Iowa City, IA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
