She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Washam and Ann Washam (Arnold); her husband Dudley J. O'Hanlon; her son-in-law John Courtney; and her siblings, D. J. Washam, Betty Jones, James Washam and Herbert Washam.
She is survived by: her children, Pat O'Hanlon (JoAnn) of Arizona, Terry O'Hanlon of Ft. Worth, Texas, Chris O'Hanlon of Washington, Iowa, Ellen Courtney of Lewisville, Texas and Sean O'Hanlon of Coralville, Iowa. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
