He was predeceased by: his parents, Melo Lasek and Gezena Lasek (Knottnerus); his grandsons, Trevor Lasek and Eric Miller; and his siblings, Raymond Lasek and Dorothy Kaska.
He is survived by: his former wives, Lucie Baker and Carol Fischer; his children, Brenda Miller (Paul) of Ainsworth, IA and Dallus Lasek (Angie) of Ainsworth, IA; and his grandchildren, Andrea Van Hoang (Tory), Ashley Vedquam (Brandon), Brittany Stumpf (Paul), Trent, Trey and Zack Lasek. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A general memorial has been established.
