He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Hough and Retha M. Hough (Robertson); and his wife Judi. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Ann Lockard (Gail Paschall) of Houston, Texas and Tyler Hough (Kelley) of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kenny Lockard, Sawyer Hough and Landon Hough; and his brothers, Jay Lynn Hough (Carol) of West Chester, Iowa and Robert Ray Hough of West Chester, Iowa. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
