He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorn Cook and Darlene Cook (Roemeling); and his uncle Virgil Cook. He is survived by: his wife Denise Harberts-Nemmers of Everly; his children, Chantel Scarset (Austin) of Luverne, MN, Matt Nemmers of Sioux Falls, SD and Ryan Nemmers (Brandon Hansen) of Everly, IA; his grandchildren, Axel, Estelle, Ivy Scarset, Skylar Nemmers and Mazie Appeldorn; his brothers, Kenny Cook of Milford, Keith Cook (Tammy) of Spencer and Kelly Cook of Spencer; his parents-in-law, Daryl and Joyce Harberts of Rushmore, MN; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Harberts (Traci) of Adrian, MN and Gregg Harberts (Amy) of Rushmore, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
The family requests that masks be worn at all times and social distancing be practiced at both the funeral services and the visitation.
