With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Milligan (Washington, Iowa), born in Knoxville, Iowa, who passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lonny Milligan; her daughters, Shannon Unternahrer (JD) and Heather Sterner (Andy); her grandchildren, Marie Swalin (Matt), Maylee Swalin, Michael, Tony, Adrian, Braxton Unternahrer, David, Kinser and Frances Cortum; her sister Maxine Bruinekool; and her parents, Max Kline and Frances Kline (Vickroy).

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials to be given to WCDC or Paws N More in Washington.
