He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Lee and Leta Mae Manley (Keith); and his sister Merilee Manley. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Long; his son Michael Manley (Tammy) of Belle Plaine, Iowa; his significant other Kathy Davis of Washington, Iowa; his stepchildren, Jodi Baughman (Tony) of Keota, Iowa and Mark Davis (Tammy) of Wayland, Iowa; and his brother Ed Manley (Pam) of New Market, Iowa.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
