He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stacy Moeller and Gwendoline Moeller (Pauly); his wife Eileen Vittetoe of Washington; his children, Bonita Voss (Carl) of Lexington, Kentucky, David Moeller (Kris) of Keota, Iowa, Edward Moeller (Susan) of Washington, Iowa, Donald Moeller (Sarah) of Washington, Iowa and Nancy Bell (Jason) of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Erika Mahlbacher (Michael), Caleb Voss, Allison McKibbon (Taylor), Lauren Pins (Joe), Logan Moeller (Arissa), Nikole Eichelberger (Jared), Matt Moeller (Carly), Vanessa Moeller, Hunter Bell, Jameson Bell and Demeri Bell; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Asher Moeller; his grandchildren, Luke, Grace, Abigail Eichelberger and Levi Moeller; his siblings, Robert Moeller of St. Paul, Iowa, Ruth Ann Taylor (Glenn) of Ft. Madison, Iowa, Carol Kulpa of Newton, Iowa and Barbara Niehaus (Ron) of Sperry, Iowa; his sister-in-law Donna Moeller of Keota, Iowa; his son Daniel Moeller; and his siblings, Leroy Moeller, Bernard Moeller and Francine Smith. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
