He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dale and Margaret Evelyn Quigley (Arthur). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louise Sandeen of Washington; his son Jay Quigley (Christal) of Washington; and his grandsons, Mason and Trevor Quigley.
