She was predeceased by: her parents, Liborius Conrad and Leona Conrad (Kiefer); her husband Jim Flander; her daughter Victoria Ann Flander; her sisters, Frances Greenley and Helen Gann; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Flander and JoEllen Cruse.
She is survived by: her children, Murray J. Flander (Jane) of Keota, Gary A. Flander (Maureen) of Denver, Randy C. Flander (Cindy) of Keota and Melinda K. Holden (Tim) of Manly; and her sister Bibiana Chadwick (Daniel) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for Holy Trinity Cemeteries or the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
