She is survived by: her husband Joseph West, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Deborah Wittkamp (Rodney) of Burlington, IA; her grandchildren, Sam West (Shelly) of Burlington, IA, Melinda Clark (Mike) of Burlington, Dennis Hawkins (Melanie) of Washington, IA, David Hawkins and Andrea Hawkins of Washington; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Jack Clark, Samuel, Carter West, Landen Lee Hawkins, Kirby, Cody Clark, Travis and Jon Graf. She is also survived by her grandchildren and visiting with family members and friends.
