He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Steele and Elsie Steele (Wingler); his wife Marcia Allen; and his sisters, Wilma Beauregard, Edith Nicholson, Luvania Kauffman and Betty Eash.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Steele (Carolyn) of Crawfordsville, IA and Brian Steele (Heather) of Mechanicsville, IA; his grandchildren, Carmen, Carrie, Cory, Heidi and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Kylee, Clayton, McKenna and Mason.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 10AM the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with social distancing guidelines observed.
