With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Miksch of Washington, Iowa, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Janecek and Josepha Janecek (Cerny); her husband Ira Lloyd Miksch; her sons, Glen Lloyd and Larry Allen Miksch (Josetta McNett) of Washington, Iowa; her siblings, Joe, Frank, Albert, Melo, Louis Janecek, Mae Robertson and Helen Norris; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Miksch.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Hough (Pat) of Venice, Florida; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Brinning of Centennial, Colorado, Jami Young (Geoff) of Mechanicsville, Virginia, Louis Miksch (Christina) of Washington, Iowa and Molly Johnson (Jason) of Washington Iowa; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Ella Young; and her grandchildren, Jayden, Aubrey, Brody Miksch and Brittney Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Pleasant Hill Christian Church or the memorial of the donor's choice.
