He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fulton and Lucille Fulton (Hotle); and his sister Maxine Martin (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Meda Owens of Washington, Iowa; his children, Jackie Whitham (Wayne) of Pella, Iowa, Susan Sanders (Russ) of Clive, Iowa and Rick Fulton (Annette) of Crawfordsville, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Andy Whitham (Krista) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, Rob Whitham (Jill) of Shenandoah, Iowa, Eric Sanders (Danielle) of Reston, Virginia, Elizabeth Goldfarb (Lawrence) of Des Moines, Iowa and Taylor Yoder (David) of Marysville, Ohio. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; his in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
